Job Analysis, Preparation & Planning
- Every assignment begins with an analysis of the client's
requirement. In this process, our industry expert plays an
important role by bringing to the process a clear understanding
of the skill sets required for the assignment. A recruitment
plan is made at this stage, which outlines the preferred method
of recruitment - via database search/press advertising/executive
search or alternative means.

Selection Process & Interviews -
Once resumes are screened and credentials verified, a shortlist
is prepared and the initial round of interviews are arranged.
This may include Q&A, GD or individualized sessions with
our panel of HR experts and domain specialists. The interviews
will cover all aspects of expertise in trade, skill sets of
the candidate and the attitudes and soft skills the candidate
possesses.

Client Interview - A final short list
of candidates is prepared for the client to interview. A final
client interview is then arranged. The selection process is
completed at this stage along with client consent.
